Meet Dr. Kerzner

Professional Activities & Community Involvement

Early in my career, my work integrated research, teaching, and clinical practice. With time, a deepening commitment to supporting individuals' growth and healing led me to shift my attention more exclusively to clinical work. Now, the majority of my time is devoted to my psychotherapy practice. With a dedication to providing services of the highest professional standards, I continue to stay abreast of the latest psychological research, consult with world-renowned leaders and experienced local colleagues to ensure my practice remains informed and evidence-based.

A value of service to others has led to my involvement in a variety of community activities. Serving on Boards of Directors, working as consulting psychologist for the National Arts Centre’s Young Artists Program, and presenting workshops for professional and community groups have afforded me opportunities to amplify my impact on, and reinforce my commitment to, the mental health and well-being of those in my community.

When I'm not in the office, you may see me running or cycling along one of Ottawa’s many beautiful trails.
